Below are general guidelines for consultations

Please make sure your availability status is updated at all times. When you are available for a consultation, please make sure to change your status to "Available" so users can request a consultation with you

Please "Accept" the consultation requests in a timely manner. If you do not Accept a consultation request within 3 minutes of the user request, the user will be notified that you are not available and the user can then select another provider for consultation or request a refund

Once you Accept a consultation, please make sure that you have your web-camera and microphone turned "On" so you can communicate with the user immediately once you start the consultation

You will see a Timer on the consultation screen that would provide you details on the time remaining in the consultation. When 5 minutes are remaining you should remind the user that the consultation time is about to end so the user can extend the consultation time if needed by paying the additional funds
