Guidelines

Below are general guidelines for consultations

Please make sure your availability status is updated at all times. When you are available for a consultation, please make sure to change your status to "Available" so users can request a consultation with you.

Please "Accept" the consultation requests in a timely manner. If you do not Accept a consultation request within 3 minutes of the user request, the user will be notified that you are not available and the user can then select another provider for consultation.

Once you Accept a consultation, please make sure that you have your web-camera and microphone turned "On" so you can communicate with the user immediately once you start the consultation.

Our intent is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction so we maintain a loyal customer base and a high rate of repeat business.

You will see a Timer on the consultation screen that would provide you details on the time remaining in the consultation. When 3 minutes are remaining you should remind the user that the consultation time is about to end so the user can extend the consultation time if needed.

Please encourage users to provide their feedback on the feedback form once they complete the consultation. Consider affecting all living creatures including humans, the complex study is simplified for users to get services via easy-to use inexpensive way of providing services by qualified professionals.

Once the consultation ends, please update your status to "Available" if you would like to provide consultation to additional users
